As Far As I Can Tell

Give us a break, Chet

This weekend found us in a Jackson gas station eating microwave goodies while Bill’s car suffered indigestion from trying to eat a deer. It’s only dawning on me now that it’s probably dead from our unintentional hunting. We went on with our evening, slightly inconvenienced, though still generally enjoying ourselves. Deer’s don’t have insurance; I’m sorry Mr. 8 Point.

Our car was so full it took two to rescue us. Thanks or Lauren and Rosie we made it home without packing into Chet’s tow truck.

Things to note:

  • This is my 2nd post in a row with a photo of John Wagner.
  • This month is my first color continuation.
  • I haven’t posted since Halloween. Enjoy the photos.

Things to note: -You have an obvious obsession with John Wagner. -Who doesn’t have an obsession with John Wagner? -The Mosquito Fleet is almost bigger than the Decepticons. -How do you feel about that? -The photos were great. Thanks.

Now I realize why our hallowed-een party was a failure from the start… We did not have the Purple-est of Dave! nor a bear, banana, punkin’ head, or sexy sailor. On a side note, i’m not sure that a single person got a photo of me in my Tetsuo costume. How am I supposed to score with any cos-play chicks now???

Brendan: Count our scouts. The Decepticons are spreading like a virus. Eric: Maybe the arm attachment was a bit too much to wear after a while, but it was definitely a cool. You should take a retroactive photo — do you still have the outfit?

I see how it is. Playing dirty now, huh? I have to say those halloween costumes took much more effort than most of the ones I saw that haunted night here in Seattle.

we may be spreading like a virus… but i think we need to shed some of our dead cells. our numbers are padded… and i think *that* is more embarrassing than being outnumbered by th’ fleet. i mean, isn’t that the nature of mosquitos anyway… they breed, breed, breed. they bite, bite, bite. they die, die, die.

Dan and I just recently went through the list to move people to scout or retired as appropriate. I don’t think that our numbers are padding or misrepresented. Who do you think is mis-labeled?

I’m sorry. You’re right several of the people that I thought were being misrepresented have indeed been moved to the appropriate slots… however… What about Brian Frain and Chafe? I was under the impression that Frain had sold his moped… and if not, was looking to sell it - as he no longer had interest in riding. …and Chafe? I don’t think I’ve ever seen him near a moped.

Those two were up for discussion, but we didn’t feel we could just move their status without talking with them/about it more. Brian may still be interested in getting another moped; I’m not sure. He’s existing in the grace period where he needs to decide if he’s still interested. Chafe apparently just got his moped that he’s had for years running and is riding it regularly. The thing that has always mattered to me more than if someone was hardcore into mopeds is if they are interested in the Moped Army. It’s the community I’m excited about, not necessary the moped obsession.

you… me… chat about the moped army this weekend. alright? oh, while i’m here… do you think we can move my mopeds this evening… or at least, can i borrow your truck? maybe we should try to meet up with some of the cash money millionaires (peddy, peddy cash, y’all) this weekend?
