My wisdom teeth are out and doing fine. This is the first day I haven�t had to take pain killers, but I still have to watch what I eat. I go in for a checkup tomorrow where they tell me if everything is going as planned�I�m trying to avoid the words �dry socket�.

I left Monday morning for Troy, NY to pick up a moped that I bought on eBay for Meredith. It�s an orange 1978 Kreidler MP-9. The back wheel is messed up, but that�s the only thing that�s wrong with it. The guy who owned it was in an accident with a motorcyclist. Apparently the motorcycle was doing a wheelie through a red light and came down on the moped�s back tire. He was totally thrown and broken, while the attacking cyclist got away�what a nightmare. I can see why the kid was done riding mopeds from then on.
The trip to NY was strange in the fact that there wasn�t a minute to spare. Dan went with me and had to be back by 7pm on Tuesday for a class�and we wanted to stop by Akron Moped. There was no leisure time on the whole trip, actually running in and out of rest stops. It was awesome to see Akron Moped though. I�d never been there and had heard so many stories. I picked up a wheel that should work on the Kreidler.
David Michael, my neighbor in the same house as me, told me I have to move the moped out of the hallway. He�s concerned about it being a fire hazard, which is suppose is understandable. I guess I�ll store it in my van for a while. It�s weird when you start using your vehicles as storage bins. Akron keeps mopeds in a school bus.�
The above buttons are from the filmstrip mode of Windows Explorer on Windows XP. This is an awesome mode that lets you flip through images quickly. I use it to preview photos from my digital camera. One of the coolest features is that you can rotate the photos, so you can get all your images pointing correctly without opening Photoshop. Take a look at the buttons to rotate the image though. The button on the left rotates it clockwise�the button on the right, counter clockwise. This is the most un-intuitive thing in the world; I constantly hit the wrong one.
